The home is located in a new upscale neighborhood. It is just 120 meters to the local city track which is well suited for a run, a pleasant walk, or bike ride down town. The track will lead you to the Recreation Center and State Cinema Complex just two blocks walk, the Thorpe Bush, or the adjacent athletic fields. A pass through walkway leads to the local High Street shopping facilities and the nearby New World Market. It is less then one kilometer to the Motueka Waterfront and two kilometers to the Motueka Golf Club.
Abel Tasman National Park with all its renowned tracks is a mere 20 minute drive. Kahurangi and Nelson Lakes National Parks, and the Marlborough Sounds Marine Reserve are all within two hours driving time from the house.
